A light, refreshing and naturally fruity way to enjoy green tea—with a little fizz.
Ingredients
- 1–2 tsp RAMSA Assam Green Tea
- 500 ml sparkling water
- ½ cup fresh green grapes
- ½ lemon
- Fresh mint leaves
- Honey, optional
- Ice, optional
Method
- Add the green tea leaves directly into a bottle of sparkling water.
- Close the bottle immediately. Refrigerate for 8 hours to cold brew.
- When ready, take a clear glass and add a few fresh grapes. Gently crush them to release their natural sweetness and juice.
- Add a squeeze of lemon and a few mint leaves.
- Slowly pour the cold-brewed sparkling green tea over the crushed grapes.
- Add ice if you like and give it a gentle stir.
For an aesthetic finish: Use a tall, clear glass so you can see the crushed grapes and bubbles. Add a few whole grapes, a thin lemon slice and a small mint sprig on top.
Tip: Open the sparkling-water bottle slowly after the 8-hour cold brew to avoid excessive fizzing.
